The Project Team welcomes public comments at any time during this project. All information will be collected in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA). With the exception of personal information, all comments will become part of the public record.

Study Commencement Notification
Members of the public were notified of project commencement through a ‘Notice of Study Commencement’ published in the Ottawa Citizen and LeDroit on Friday, January 18, 2013.
Public Information Centre
A Public Information Centre (PIC) regarding the Parkdale Avenue Interchange Operational Improvements and the Bronson Avenue Interchange Operational Improvements was held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 to provide stakeholders with an opportunity to review the detail design for each project, provide input, and discuss the projects with members of the Project Team. A notice providing the date, time, and location of this meeting was published in the Ottawa Citizen and Le Droit on March 21, 2013. The PIC was held as follows:

Public Review of the Design and Construction Report (DCR)
A Design and Construction Report (DCR) was prepared and filed for a 30-day public review period. A Notice of Submission containing the dates for the review period was published in local newspapers and posted on this website. The DCR is posted on this website here.
